I have a horrible knot in my back today, and it hurts a ton to even move. I’m trying to work, sitting as still as possible in my chair. Then I slam my hand in the bathroom door, and now I’m hobbling through the office, cradling my left hand, and I feel like a 90-year old train wreck victim. What’s a guy to do?
